Every piece is designed, packed, and shipped by hand. Because of the small-batch nature of my shop, I’m not able to offer returns or exchanges at this time except in cases of defect or order error. If something isn’t right with your order, please reach out within 7 days so that I can make it right.

All ready-made items ship within 7–10 business days from the order date. For made-to-order items, please refer to the product description for specific shipping timelines.

Delivery time frames are determined by the postal service and may vary. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and depend on the shipping method you choose.

Once a package has been scanned by the postal carrier, I am no longer responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages. If your order is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, or if you believe it has been lost, stolen, or damaged, please file a claim directly with the postal service.
